MoVE + #MeToo
The #MeToo and Millennials Panel Discussion brought together millennials, policy experts, civic leaders, and advocates to discuss how young people can proactively engage with sexual violence prevention and survivor support while seeking justice in a historically unfair system. Lieutenant Governor Juliana Stratton, Comptroller Susana Mendoza, and Resilience Executive Director Erin Walton discussed the #MeToo movement and their work along with a few invited speakers. Young people then listened to a panel of experts, discuss their role in the community, and learned about avenues to further engage in the #MeToo movement through and beyond social media.
